As context for tonight’s community meeting; please register as a prospective member of the new organisation and you can then access the minutes here:
This process will also add you to the mailchimp newsletter so we can notify you of meetings etc in the future. You will need to opt in via the email they send you to verify permission. Let me know if you have a problem with getting that email please as still in testing phase.
If you select the pay online option it will not actually process payment at this point as we don’t have a bank account setup yet. But that option would be preferred as it collects address information which we need for membership verification. We will organise payment later once incorporation is complete
