Proposed meeting agenda items in order:

1. Update on SMRRA incorporation process, including membership application process.
2. Endorsement of SMRRA Vision and Mission Statement
3. Election of Office Bearers
4. Identification of Key Issues to be addressed by SMRRA and formation of SMRRA sub-committees
5. Current major Council policy issues requiring community input and deadlines include: proposed Special Rate Variation submission and draft Snowy Monaro Local Environment Plan, including the draft revised Rural Land Use Strategy and Settlements Strategy and the draft Development Servicing Plans
   key issues for community consideration and input on Council’s “Have Your Say” website.
6. Transfer of previous Ratepayers and Residents funding to new organisation.
